RENTAL STUDIO

Located just a short walk from Gambara metro station, Kuma Studio is a professional and fully-equipped studio and is the perfect spot for your next photo shooting, video production or casting session.

The studio surface of about 110 square meters includes a 11 × 5 m (3 meters high) shooting area. Designed with creatives in mind, the space includes a versatile open space area, a dedicated makeup and styling zone, a fully functional kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower. The studio is blackout-ready, features Wi-Fi, video surveillance, a safe vault and comes with air conditioning to ensure comfort throughout your session. Each piece of furniture is at complete disposal of our clients.

Whether you’re working on a fashion editorial, a branded content piece or a casting call, this cozy yet professional environment is ideal for small teams of up to 6–7 people.

RENTAL RATES

AMATEUR USE

€250/day (8h) or €35/hour (minimum 2 hours)

PROFESSIONAL USE

€300/day (8h) or €45/hour (minimum 2 hours)

INCLUDED

• Lighting and backdrop setup assistance

• Full use of equipment and props

• 1 backdrop included (white, black and green always available. Ask for availability of other colors)

STUDIO POLICY

• No prepayment required to book. However, if multiple requests overlap, prepayment will be requested to secure your reservation.

• Free changes/cancellations up to 48 hours in advance only if no other requests were made for the same date. No refunds for prepayments made due to overlapping bookings.

• The rental hours count begins at the agreed time and includes setup and any other activity. A 15-minute delay period is allowed.

• Overtime is not guaranteed and must be requested in advance. It is charged at the standard hourly rate per additional hour or part thereof.

• The studio must be left clean and tidy. A €20 cleaning fee applies if left dirty.

• The rate includes setup and use of 1 backdrop (2 meters stepped-on). Extra backdrops are available on request only, not guaranteed, and cost €20 each (2 meters stepped-on).

• You may request a custom backdrop color not in stock for an additional fee.

• The recommended maximum number of people in the studio is 7.

• Any damage caused to the studio or equipment during the rental period will be charged to the client.

• The studio is not responsible for any damage to people or personal items used during the rental period or left at the studio.

• By making payment, you accept the full studio terms and conditions.

• All users acknowledge and accept our general terms of service and privacy policy.
